【Recruiting Procedures】

On your resume, please specify the applied position and how we can reach you.

Submitted resumes are first sorted by the Human Resource Department and distributed to the managers of each divisions.

It takes 1~2 weeks to reach the final decision.

It takes another 1~2 weeks to finish all paperwork before sending out the offer letter and related notice.

If you do not receive a notice to interview within two weeks, it means that currently there is no position that perfectly fits your qualifications. We will keep your personal file in our database for future consideration and will contact you once there is a match.

【Interview tips】

Once receiving interview invitation calls, please remember to confirm the contact person, phone and extension number, job opening and interview date and time!

Should you not be able to come for a prescheduled interview, please make sure to notify our Human Resource Department or the person in charge either by phone or E-mail before to avoid unnecessary complications!!

On the day of the interview, recent graduates are advised to bring all relevant documents such as research reports, thesis, or essay to let your manager to know you better!

Please be on time for your interview. Do not be late or too early. Please dress in appropriate attire and show good decorum!

Schedule of interview: Ask the operator to contact the Human Resource Department, and fill out the forms, have the English test (Listening + Reading), then interview with managers. The entire interview will take about 2~3 hours, so please reserve your time accordingly.

LED Components sales engineer (5 people)：

Job Responsibilities:

1.Develop potential customers and keep good relationship with them.

2.Visit customers according to sales plan, introduce led products and provide the professional service to customers.

3.Work hard to accomplish sales target and get the payment.

4. Collect market information and related product details to be more professional.

Job Requirements:

1.College and higher education, economic or electronic majors are preferred.

2.1 year sales experience, or LED lighting experience, family with zhejiang, jiangsu, shanghai areas, outstanding fresh graduate are preferred.

2.Good ability in communication and handing, good team work spirit.

3. Able to work under pressure, have the courage to accept the challenge

4.Strong learning ability and challenging spirit. Honest, loyal and hard working.

Internal Sales (2 people):

Job Responsibilities:

1.Carry out and follow up the orders; Receive and dispatch goods; Update customer information

2.Good communication with purchase and other departments.

3.Responsible for the samples, assist sales to follow up customer project and accomplish sales target.

4. Follow up a few customers in free time.

Job Requirements:

1. Work carefully, open and optimistic

LED Foreign Trade Sales (2 people):

Job Responsibilities:

1.Develop and carry out the sales plan and accomplish the sales target

2.Develop, maintain and update the customer documents

3.Responsible for the promotion, construction and maintenance of platform.

4.Coordinate other work from the manager

Job Requirements:

1.College and higher education, pass CET6, English, Foreign Trade, E-commerce and Marketing majors are preferred. Fresh graduate and one-year experience is preferred.

2.Good skill in Office software, excellent in communication.

3.High efficiency, strong responsibility and understanding ability, good customer service and team work spirit, integrity and reliable.

4.Develop customers actively by search engine, familiar with B2B platform such as alibaba, GlobalMarket.
